* Sells company's products and/or services to existing named accounts within a geographic territory. * Maintains relationships with existing named accounts. * Achieve sales quota with assigned accounts and through identification and development of new accounts. * Develop annual account plans that coincide with the business unit strategy of revenue, mix and profitability growth * Understand customer accounts' business strategies, hierarchy, and manufacturing partnership requirements and needs. * Coordinate all sales activity to solve customer business needs utilizing product strategies, while working cross functionally with product management, engineering, finance and management. * Develop and maintain strong account relationships built on trust which helps identify new, value add opportunities. * Provide market feedback to product managers, engineers, and sales leaders about competitors, customers' issues and industry trends. * Effectively manage an abundant sales calendar that maximizes customer interaction, time, geography, and opportunity follow-through. * Effectively manage utilization of CRM tools, to drive opportunities, and update accounts, contacts, activities, events and marketing initiatives.
Requirements: * Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree * Have 5+ years of sales experience. * Have experience in B2B sales * Have experience in sales to End User and Strategic Accounts. * Have experience in sales of solutions (products and services) * Have experience in sales of high level software solutions (IoT, MES, Analytics) * Have experience in sales to IT * Have experience driving share within accounts. * Have experience identifying and developing new accounts. * Have an intellectual hunter mentality with a drive to win. * Have a knowledge about CPG industry * Set and maintain high standards of performance to deliver results. * Be able to build and sustain strategic relationships. * Promote a sense of shared purpose and vision. * Inspire trust and open communication. * Be able to clearly express oneself orally and in writing. * Have proficient presentation skills. * Knowledge of the English language * Act with integrity.
