The AMP Coordinator is an embedded consultant that works with clients to help manage MRO demand in the storeroom; focusing on ensuring the availability of inventory and the tracking of that inventory. The AMP Coordinator is a key member of our customer support team and interfaces with maintenance, authorized distributors and vendors to ensure inventory is received on time.
Manage SOP's associated with the inventory management and receipt process at the client location including the receiving in, issuing and tracking of inventory as well as the staging of that inventory.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements in regards to the MRO process
Coordinate and process repair transactions
Provide live tracking for all assets repaired or managed
Make recommendations based on inventory levels, repair history trends, pricing considerations.
Responsible for communication between the customer, management and distributors to ensure that required information is provided timely and accurately.
