These clinics are staffed by 4 general pediatricians and one nurse practitioner who serve as diagnosticians and coordinating providers helping to deliver a child/family focused, highly integrated team-based approach. Our GPAM providers are integrated directly into our pediatric specialty center which allows close collaborations with specialists and our extensive pediatric support staff including pharmacists, social workers, nursing care coordinators and child life experts. GPAM is a consultative practice also responsible for bridging care back to, but not replacing, a patient’s medical home.
