As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to provide technical leadership to a team supporting sustenance engineering of existing released products for Standard and Safety IO product lines.
You will foster strong collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Business, Project Management, and Quality. You will motivate and mentor the team to maintain high performance in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 12 - 15 engineers (electrical / hardware, embedded/firmware, test engineers)
Recruit and maintain the right talents in team. Continue to develop team technical competencies to ensure the team can stay competitive to support business needs.
Establish and monitor the team performance periodically. Identify and adopts best practices and lesson learnt from inside and outside company for continuous improvement.
Manage resource allocation to ensure the right resources available to support the different business needs.
Provide technical leadership, including drive problems toward resolution when encountering ambiguity, uncertainty, or inflexibility. Help the team to remove barriers.
