The Clinical Value Analysis Manager, reporting to the Value Analysis Director manages the requests of new products and services, coordinates assessment of requests, and triages requests utilizing supply chain resources and clinical knowledge. The Clinical Value Analysis Manager assembles relevant information including financial analysis, benchmarking, contracts, competitive products, evidence and any other pertinent data to support value analysis committee decision-making. This individual is responsible for driving service line specific product and service changes, and serves as an internal advocate for product/service standardization/utilization initiatives. The Clinical Value Analysis Manager works through and effectively manages traditional barriers to improvement, identifies problems, and formulates alternative solutions and strategies to move projects forward. In addition the Clinical Value Analysis Manager understands cost models, and determining clinical acceptability. This individual will coordinate new product or service introductions, trials and overall change initiatives on behalf of end users at all Inova Health System facilities.
