We are looking for highly motivated and curious students in the first year of their MBA programs to join Henkel’s 2021 intern class. We offer a variety of internships for MBA students in marketing, brand management, sales strategy, supply chain, operations, and project management and have flexible opportunities during our Spring, Summer and Fall sessions.
As an intern, you play an integral part of the team, while gaining real-world experience and making an impact at a leading global organization. Our MBA internships will expand your skillsets in a variety of categories, such as:
Strategy: Spearhead a strategic project to help solve a business need for your brand, assisting in the achievement of long-term brand objectives. Culminates in a presentation to leadership.
Creative: Complete a communications/creative project including working with agencies to develop creative and bringing it to market in a timely manner.
Analytics: Lead one analytics project, learning the drivers of your business and collecting and connecting data from a variety of sources in a meaningful way. Culminates in a recommendation to leadership based on your analysis.
Teamwork: Act as a valuable member of the team from day 1! Attending business meetings and helping the brand team and cross-functionals with achieving day-to-day brand goals.
Networking: Meet with senior management through projects, intern events, and final presentations at the end of the internship to senior leaders.
Henkel will provide you with a mentor, peer buddy, and all the tools you need to be successful in your internship. Henkel promises its interns a session of learning, growth, and fun! At the end of your internship, you will present your strategic findings and recommendation to senior leadership and your broader cross-functional team.
Education: Students in the first year of their MBA programs with a 2022 graduation date.
Personal Leadership: Strong organization & timeline management skills; demonstrated bias for action. Strong team player, who can build strong cross-functional relationships. Curious and creative mindset.
